ily District under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordi-
nanees of the City of Little Rock; and a Waiver of Lot area and
yard space requirements is hereby granted, so as to permit con-
struction of a Garage Apartment on the rear of the Lot# said
Apartment to be detached from the present dwelling and comprise•
ing a separate housekeeping unit':
SECTION 2. Ordinance No: 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rook as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto
and made a part thereof, are hereby upended in conformity with
