AiJ ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 6199 AND A11ENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 4968, OF THE OaDINANCES OF T HE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOP, OTHER. PURPOSES.
BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCIL, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 6199 of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SECTIOV 2. Section 18 of Ordinance No. 4969 is hereby
amended to read as follows:
FIFES FOR DRIVER'S LICEIISFS .... The following
fees shall be paid for driver's licenses and
renewals thereof :
For each original license............ 45.00
For each renewal........ ............. ;5.00.
The City Collector is hereby authorized to sell a Chauffeur's
license valid from July lst to December 31st of the year in
which issued, for the sum of Two Dollars and Fifty Cents (`,2.50).
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
as of and after January 1, 1946.
