AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER
OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION THIRTY -TWO,
TOWNSHIP TWO NORTH, RANGE TWELVE WEST, PULASKI-
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
BE IT CRDA INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE R OCK, ARKAN SA S :
SEG{TION That nine (9) acres, mo:e or less, .lying
between the Chicago,Rock Island and Pacific Railroad right -of-
way and Cantrell Road, more particularly described as follows,
to -wit:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NEs SE's
of Section 32, Township 2 North,Range 12 West;
thence North zero degrees 34 minutes Vilest along
the line between Sections 32 and 33 for 173.3
feet to a point on the North right -of -way line
of Arkansas State Highway No. 10 to point of be-
ginning; thence from this point of beginning North
zero degrees 34 minutes West along the aforesaid
line between Sections 32 and 33 for a distance of
645.1 feet to a point on the South right -of -way
line of the C.R.I. & P.Railroad; thence North
52 degrees 59 minutes West along aforesaid South
right -of -way line of C.R.I. & P. Railroad for a
distance of 500.4 feet; thence South 29 degrees
4 minutes blest for a distance of655.3 feet to a
point on theNorth right -of -wag line of Arkansas
State Highway No. 10; thence in a Southeasterly
direction along the right -of -way of Arkansas State
Highway No.:.10 for a distance of 815.2 feet to the
point of beginning. Allof above being in Section
32, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County,
Arkansas,
be and the sam4 is hereby re -zoned and reclassified and
placed in "Heavy Industrial" district under the terms of
Ordinance No. 5424 as amended, of the ordinances of the city
of Little Rock.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 of the ordinances
of the city of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map
attached thereto and made a part .thereof, are hereby amended
in conformity with the provision of Section one (1) of this
ordinance; -aid property described as being in the "Heavy
Industrial" district under said ordinance No. 5420, as amended.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall begin full force
and effect from and after its passage.
