AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SALE OF FIRE-VORKS AND FIRE-
CRACKERS VIITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARU NSAS:
SECTION 1. From and after the passage of this
Ordinance no person, firm or corporation shall sell at re-
tail within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
any squibs, firecrackers, fireworks, caps for cap pistols,
or the like.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation
violating Section 1 of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty
of a misdemeanor; and, on conviction, shall be fined in a
sum not less than $10.00 nor more than $50.00.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
