All ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 13 AND 14,9 BLOCK 6, NED=iS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK; AMMTNG ORDINANCE N0, 5420
AS A1!: MED; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Lots 13 and lid., Block 6, Neimeyer's Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and

placed in the 'I/Two- Familyl' District under the terms of Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map attachedthereto and made
a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions
of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said properties described as being
"C Two - Family"
in the 'XXA District under said Ordinance No. 5120 as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
