AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $100.00 FOR MEMBERSHIP IN THE
' SOUTHERN BUILDING CODES CONGRESS= AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY T CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The sum of $100.00 is hereby appropriated
out of the General Funds of the City of Little Rook for pay-
ment to the Southern Building Codes Congress, and the Mayor
and city clerk are hereby authorised and directed to issue
the warrant of the City drawn on the General Funds in the
amount named payable to the Southern Building Codes Congress.
SECTION 2. The money appropriated in Section 1 of this
Ordinance shall be used for the payment of the dues for 1946
membership in the Southern Building Codes Congress.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
