AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS:
SOUTH HALF (S'j) OF LOT TWO (2) AND ALL OF LOTS THREE (3),
FOUR (4), FIVE (5) AND SIX (6).v BLOCK ONE HUNDRED TWENTY -FOUR
(124), ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING
ORDINANCE No. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A parcel of land described as: South Half
(S2) of Lot Two�(2) and all of Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five
(5) and Six (6), Block 124, Original city of Little` Rock, Ark-
ansas, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed in "J"
Light Industrial District under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420,
as amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the
City.of Little Rock, as amended and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance; said prop-
erty to be known, and hereafter classified, in the "JO Light
Industrial District under said Ordinance No. 5420, as
amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
