BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Cff LITTLL ROCK, AFtKAN5i1.S:
SECTION 1. Lots 8 and 9. Block 5, Heisman's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed in the
Z Light 'Industrial District under the terms of Ordinance NA. 5420 as
amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
SCCTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made a
part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the proPisions of
Section 1 of this Ordinance; said properties described as being in the
"I Light Industrial District" under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECMCN 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
