THEREON,
WHEREAS, The Little Rock Municipal Water Works proposes
to install an eight (8") inch water pipe line in Peyton Street from
23rd to 22nd Streets.
NON, THEREFORE*. RE ST ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF

Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they - conflict
with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
