AN ORDINANCE RECIASSIFYING LOTS 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, BLOCK 8,
DEAF MUTE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS;
AIMNDING ORDINANCE NO. 5120 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1, Lots 7, 8, 93 10, 11 and 12, Block 81 Deaf Mute
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, are hereby rezoned
and reclassified and placed in the "E Apartment District" under the
terms of Ordinance No. 51420 as Amended of the Ordinances of the
City of Little Rock,
SECTION Z. Lots 7, 8, 91 10,11 and 12, Block 8, Deaf Mute
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas are hereby exempted from
the restrictions of yard space requirements specified under the terms
of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended of the City of Little Rock, and said
lots are hereby restricted to the construction of buildings with a
minimum of five feet from the closest projection of any wing to the
rear property line for back yards and of ten feet from the closest
projection of any wing to the front property line for front yards.
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 5120 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock as amended and the Zoning Map attached thereto and made
a part thereof are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions
of Section 1 and of Section 2 of this Ordinance; said property de-
scribed as being in the "E Apartment District" under said Ordinance
No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 46 This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
