AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 4, BLOCK 3, C. S. STIFFT'S AD-
DITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot four (4), Block three (3), C. S.
Stiff is Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, here-
tofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under
the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "D"
Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot 4,
Block 3, C. S. Stifft's Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1' hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as being in the "D" Apart-
�~ ment District.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and it
is hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the passage
of this ordinance have been complied with in connection here-
with, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
