AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 4, BLOCK 23, PULASKI HEIGHTS
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING.ORDI-
NANCE NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lot four (4), Block twenty -three (23),
Pulaski Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
heretofore classified and zoned as "A" Residence District (one
Family), under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared
to be in "D" Apartment District under the terms of said Zoning
Ordinance.
SECTION 29 That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map -
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot four
(4). Block twenty -three (23), Pulaski Heights Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof,
said property to be hereafter known and classified as being
in the "D" Apartment District.
SECTION 39 That the City Council has determined and it
is hereby declared that all the prerequisites to the passage
of this ordinance have been complied with in connection here-
with, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
