AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE PURCHASE OF TRACTOR WITH ATTACHMENTS;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
SECTION 1. The board of public affairs is hereby author-
-zed and directed to purchase in the' mahgi �. -in'�ia� b law

one light industrial tractor with sickle bar attachment and
gang mower; provided, however, that the purchases authorized
under this ordinance shall not exceed $2,500.00 in amount.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full foroe and
effect from and after its passage.
