AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING A PARCEL CF LAND DESCRIBED AS: WEST SEVENTY --
FIVE FEET OF LOTS SEVEN$ EIGHT, AND NINE BLOCK 258 ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE
RACK, ARKANSAS: ANWING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A parcel of land described as West seventy -five feet
4s, and `9 Block 258 original City of Little Rock, is hereby re.
zoned and reclassified and placed in "H" Business District under the terms
of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made a ,,_. - --
part thereof are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Sec-
tion 1 of this Ordinance; said property to be known, and hereafter classi-
fied, in the "H" Business District under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage.
