AN ORDINANCE WAIVING LOT AREA AND YARD DEPTH REQUIREMENTS ON
LOT 1 in BLOCK 3, HANGER ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE #5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas;

SECTION 1. The Lot area and Yard _depth .requirements ,of Ordinance _.
number 5420 as amended, of the City of Little Rock as affecting Lot 1
in Block 3, Hangerh Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
are hereby waived;
SECTION 2. Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended, in conformity
with Section 1 of this ordinance;
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined and it is hereby
declared that all prerequisites to the passage of this ordinance have
been complied with in connection herewith and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
