AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 12, 130 14 and 15, BLOCK 29
GALLAGHER ADDITION NO. 3 TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK] ARKANSAS;
AMENDING ORDINANCE; NO. 5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK- ARKANSASt
SECTION 1. That Lots 120 13, 14 and 15 Block 2, Gallagher
Addition No. 3 to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, being No. 3204-
3210 Asher Ave. Street, heretofore classified and zoned as eB"
Residence District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No.
54200 is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby
declared to be in OF" Commercial District, and required yard space
requirements are hereby waivwed under the terms of the said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap there.`;
to attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit
the reclassification and rezoning
of
said Lots 12, 130
14 and 15,
Block 20 Gallagher Addition No. 3
to
the City -of Little
Rock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the OF" Commercial
District, with necessary waiver of yard space requirements.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
