BE IT CMINED BY TEE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section 1. That Lot Ten (10), and the South half of Lot Eleven (II),
H_wk Thirteao (13)i Park Addition to the City of Little Rocks Arkansas,
being No. 1609 Dennison Streets heretofore classified and zoned as "C"
Two Family District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in
Apartment
"D "/bistrict under the terns of the said Zoning Ordinance.
Section 2. That ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Yap thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lot Ten (10), and the South half
of.Lot Eleven (11), Block Thirteen (13), Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property
to be hereafter (mown and classified as being in the "D" Apartment
District.
Section 39 That this ordinance shall take,effeot and be in
force from and after its passages
