AN ®DINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 13 & 14 Block 11 Lincoln Park Addition
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS ARKANSAS #IaMDING ORDINANCE 30.5420 AND FCB OTHFR
PMPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. THAT LOTS 13 & 14 Block 11 Lincoln Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock,Arkans as, being number 716 -708 North Pierce Street,
heretofore classisified and zoned as NR* Residence District, under the terms
of Zoning Ordinance No.5420,is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same
is hereby declared. to be in •S* Heavy Industrial District under the terms
of the said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 29 That Ordinance No.5420 and the Zoning Nap thereto attached
and made a part thereof,are hereby amended to permit the reclasification and
rezoning of said Lots 13 & 14 Block 11 Lincoln Park Addition to the City of
Little Rock,Arkansas,as outlined in Section 1 hereof,said property to be bare-
after known and classified as being in the a8"' Heavy Industrial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
