POWERS ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING © RDINANCE No.5420 AS AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK; ARKANSAS; SECTION 1. That Lot 6 and the East 351 of Lot 5 in Block 3, R C. Powers Addition to the City of Little Rock, heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District (one family) is hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in "C" Residence District (two family) under the terms of said zoning ordinance. SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit rezoning and reclassification of said Lot 6 and the East 35t of Lot 5 in Block 3, R. C. Powers Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section l hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified as being in "C" Residence District. SECTION 0. That the City Council has determined and it is hereby declared that all prerequisites to the passage of this ordinance.have been complied with in connection herewith, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
