AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 9, BLOCK 20
MARSHALL AND WOLFE'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AMENDING ORDINANCE I40- 5420, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The West Fifty (5 0) feet of Lot Nine (9) in Block
Twenty (20), Marshall and Wolfe's ,Addition to the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, is hereby reclassified and placed in the "I" Light Industrial
District under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the ordin-
ances of the City of Little Rook.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rook as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made
a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of
Section 1 of this Ordinance, said property described as being in the MI'
Light Industrial District under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
