4N ORDINANCS RECLASSIFYING LOT TWQVE AND NORTH TWELVE AND QXZ-
HALF FEET OF LOT ELEVEN, WRIGHT'S ADDITION TO THS CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS; AIiENDING ORDINANCE NO 54.2d; AND FOR OTHXR PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,' ARKANSAS:
SECTION l.. That Let Twelve and North twelve , and op halt
feet of Lot Eleven, Block Eleven, Wright's Addition to the City of
Little Rook, Arkansas, being South west Corner, bright Avenue and

-i State Street, heretofore classified and zoned.as "C" District,
t under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned
and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in $0
Apartment District under the terms of the said zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the zoning map
thereto attached and bade a part thereof, are hereby =ended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of said lot twelve and
North twelve and ene -half feet of Lot Eleven, Block Eleven,
' t- s Addition to the City of Littleâ–º Roes, ' hjPk e;°
in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in the *DO Apartment District.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full fares snit& from aid after its passage.
