Granite Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, has petitioned

Whereas, said property described in the petition seems
to lie within a district that it will not be injurious to the
community or the adjacent property for it to be reelassifted f"a

THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:

reclassified from its present "B" resident district to that of
OF" Commereial district so as to permit remodeling of the present
dwelling on said property into a store building to be used as a
Cafe and Retail Grocery.
