AN ORDINANCE WAIVING LOT AREA AND YARD DEPTH REQUIRE -
MENTS ON LOT W. BLOCK 4, CHICKASAW PLACE, AN ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE
No. 0490; and for other purposes.
BE IT ORDAINED by the City Council of Little Rock, Arkansas;
SECTION 1, Lot Area and Yard Depth requirements of Ordinance ?`
number 5420 as amended, of the City of Little Rock as affecting
Lot 13 in Block 4, Chickasaw Place, an addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, are hereby waived;
SECTION 2. Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof are hereby amended in conformity with
Section 1 of this ordinance;
SECTION �5. That the City Council has determined and it is here-
by declared that all prerequisites to the passage of this ordinance
have been complied with in connection herewith and this ordinance shall
