AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS THE WEST 26
FEET OF LOT 7 AND THE WEST 26 FEET OF THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF LOT 8
IN BLOCK 40 OF THE ORIGINAL CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMENDED AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The property described as the Nest 26 feet
of Lot 7 and the West 26 feet of the South 10 feet of Lot 8 in
Block 40 of the Original City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, be and the same is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and placed in the "G" Commercial District under the terms of
Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, of the ordinances of the City of
Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the ordinances of the
City of Little Rock, as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance; said property
is described as being in the "G" Commercial District under the
said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTION 3. It shall be unlawful for the owners of the
property described herein to erect any building thereon which is
not strictly in compliance with the laws and ordinances of the
City of Little Rock with respect to fire hazards or to erect any
building that would in any wise be unsightly or unsafe from a
fire hazard standpoint or any building that is in anywise in
conflict with the Little Rock City Building Code.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
