AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 79 BLOCK 149 FAUSTIS ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS- AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
UZO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. South " ft., Lot 79 Block 14, Faust's
.Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,, being on the
No.- thwest corner of 7th and Marshall Streets,, heretofore
classified and zoned as •DR Apartment District, under the terms
of the zoning Ordinance No. 5420., is hereby rezoned and
reclassified,, and the same is hereby declared to be in "F"
Commercial District, and yard space requirements are hereby
waived under the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map
thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to
permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lot 70 Block 14,
Faust's ,Addition to the City of Little Rock, ,Arkansas, as outlined
in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "F"' Commercial District, with necessary
waiver of yard apace requirements.
Section 3;. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage-.
