All ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT 15, BLOCK 8, BODMANtS ADDITION TO
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: j
Section 1. That Lot 15, JO& 8, Bodmants Addition to the !
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby re -zoned and re- classified
from the present "B Residence District" to that of "F Commercial
District" so as to hermit the construction of a building on the rear
of said lot for use as a beauty shop employing one operator.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity
with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance to be hereafter
known and classified as being in the "F Commercial District" under
said Ordinance No. 5420, as amended.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and efftt'' C
