William Nash, a citizen of Little Rock, Arkansas, shall be, and he hereby is, appointed and confirmed as a member of the Lake Fourche Committee in succession to Mrs. Loughborough and, further, as the secretary of said committee. SECTION 3• It is essential that certain contract be let immediately by the Lake Fourche Committee and that other business be transacted w;Lthout delay, and hence it is necessary, for the benefit of the public peaces health, and safety, that this ordinance bedme effective immediately; there- fore, an emergency is hereby declared to Vxist, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after the date of its passage and approval Passed:- Lurch 11 , 1946.
