BE IT 0gDjMTT -:D BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AMR ,NSAS: SECTION 1, The Oakland Cemetery Board of the City of Little Rock is hereby granted permission to establish the price of lots to be sold by the City in Oakland Cemetery. SECTIODI 2, Section 6 of Ordinance No. 755 of the ordinances of the City of Little Rock is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 6. In all cases of sales of lots in said cemetery made by said board a written memorandum thereof describing the lot, and giving the name of the perscn to vvtom the ssle was made, together with the amount to be paid there- for, shall be made out and signed by the president and secretary of said board, accompanied b,, a receipt from the treasurer for the payment of the purchase money thereof, upon the presentation and filing, of which with the city clerk* he shall make out a deed for such lot or lots to the purchaser or purchasers thereof. The price of all burial lots in said cemetery shall be fixed by said board, and in no case shall_ a person or organization be permitted to purchase exceeding two lots without special permission of the city council. The board may charge for single graves for persons over the age of fourteen years the sum of five dollars, and for single graves for persons fourteen years of age and under, the sum of three dollars. The board of cormissioners shall be authorized to charge and collect for each transfer of deed one dollar, and for each duplicate of a deed one dollar." SECTION 3, Ordinance No. 1320 of the ordinances of the City of Little Rock is hereby repealed in its entirety. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage.
