AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING TIE— LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL VJ'ATER NORKS TO
INSTALL FIFTY -SIX ' (.-56) FIRE HYDRANTS ON TTEWLY CONSTRUCTED WATER
LINES.
WHEREAS) the Little Rock 1,1unicipal ',' ater ,,Torks proposes
to install numerous water lines to reinforce the distribution
system and improve fire flows in the hiCh valued district.

SECTION 1. That the Little Rock 1,,1unicipal Water Works
is hereby ordered and directed to install fifty -six (56) fire
hydrants connecting same to the proposed line at the f ollowing
locations:

SECTION 2. That these hydrants are ordered and rates
for same shall govern as set forth in Section 1, Article 3, of
the Trust Indenture, dated February 1, 1936, and approved by City
Ordinance No. 5316, passed February 28, 1936, and as amended by City
Ordinance No. 5712, passed March 22, 1939, and as amended by City
Ordinance No. 5914, -gassed June 10, 1940, and as amended by City
Ordinance ?,io. 6824, passed September 10, 1945.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they
conflict with this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
