AMENDING ORDINANCE bO. 5420; AND iOR UTHER rTTRPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED 31 TH& UI`1'Y UOUBUIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That eC South one -half of Lot 20, Bloch "Ax,

being No. 1606 East Third Street, heretofore classified and zoned
as *04 Two- wamily yistriet, under the terms of Zoning ordinance
ho. 5420, is hereby rezoned and classified and the same is hereby
declared to be in "F" Commercial yistriet under the terms of the
said Zoning ordinance.
SWTIOH 2, That ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map ther8to
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said South one -half of Lot 20,
Block "A" Yleteher and 0a.rk's Addition to the City of Little mock,
Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
f hereafter known and classified as being in the 4F" Commercial,
yistriet.
SLCTivN 3, That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
forde from and after its passage.
