AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5487 TO CORRECT A TYPO-
GRAPHICAL ERROR IN THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN SAID ORDINANCE
RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY LYING ALONG CANTRELL ROAD LOCATED IN

WHEREAS at the time of the passage of Ordinance 5487 re-
classifying certain property lying along-Cantrell Road the property
was erroneously described as the North Half of the North Half of the
Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of erection 32, Township 2
North, Range 12 Nest, when said property should have been correctly
described as the North Half of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter
of the Northeast Quarter of Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 12 West,
containing 10 acres, more or less, now
THEREFORE BE IT ORDANIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
Section 1.
read as follows:
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5487 be amended to
"Section l.that Ordinance No. 5420 and the plat
exhibited therewith, and made a part thereof, be amended in the fol-
lowing particular, that the property described as the North Half of
the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Qparter of
Section 32, Township 2 North, Range 12 West, containing 10 acres, more
or less, be and the same is hereby declared to be a commercial district
under designations "F" and "G" in accordance with the terms of said
ordinance No. 5420. "
Section '2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
