AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 9, 10, 11 and 129 BLOCK 25, NNNTON'S ADDITION
TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE ND. 5420;
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL (W LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSASs
3R? 1). and TF81V9 (14-9
Block Twenty -five (25), Newton's Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas,
at the Northwest corner of Kavanaugh Boulevard and Newton Street in the 5200
Block on Kavanaugh Boulevard and including all property between Newton Street
and the fire station, heretofore classified and zoned as "A" One - family and
"C" Two- fasily Districts, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, Are
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be in."F"
Commercial District under the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance and yard space
requirements are hereby waived.
!! SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 542D and the Zoning Yap thereto attached
and made a part thereof, are hereby wended to permit the reclassification and
rezoning of said Lots 99 lo, 11 and 1E9 Block 259 Newton's Addition to the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be
hereafter known and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District with
yard space requirements waived.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
