RE IT ORDAINED RY TTIE CITY 70TUNCIL OF LI _'TIE ROCK, ATIKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That 1.29 acres'located in the SE NE-1 Sec. 18, Twp 1 N, R. 12 tit,
lying within the city limits of Little Rock, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at an iron pin on the �`,est line of the SE-1 4 NE" Section 18, with
the intersection of the South right -of -bray line of the Little Rock -Hot Springs High -
way or Asher Avenue, thence North 63 degrees and 55 minutes East along said South
right -of -way and 170 feet to the point of beginning; of -the land to be described,
thence South parallel to the Y'�est line of the SE NE 119 feet, thence West 19.6 feet,
thence South 200'feet, thence East 200 feet, thence North 200 feet, thence Vest 68
feet, thence North 174 feet to the South right -of -way, thence South 63 degrees and 55
minutes ',.'Vest 125 feet to the point of beginning in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas,
heretofore classified and zoned as "B" Residence District, under the terms of the
Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, and as amended by Ordinance No. 6943, is hereby re -zoned
and re- classified and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District
and waiver of yard space requirements is hereby granted under the terms of the said
Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and its amendment Ordinance No. 6943 and the
Zoning Map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
re- classification and re- zoning of said herein described land in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in the "F" Commercial District and waiver of yard space
requirements granted under said Ordinance No. 5420 as amended.
SECTIOId 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
