AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING THE EAST 68 FEET OF LOTS
1 AND 2, BLOCK 3, CENTENNIAL ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS
AMENDED, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the East 68 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 3,
Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, heretofore
classified and zoned as "C" Two - family Residential District, under the
terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420, is hereby rezoned and reclassified
and the same is hereby declared to be in "E" Apartment District under the
terms of said Zoning Ordinance, and waiver of yard space requirements is
he re by gr ante d.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of the said East 68 feet of Lots 1 and 2,
Block 3, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known and
classified as being in "E" Apartment District and with yard space
requirements waived as provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the City Council has determined, and it is
hereby declared, that al 1 the prerequisites to the passage of this
ordinance have been fully complied with in connection herewith, and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
