BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARY&NSAS:

to the City of Little Rock, rkansas, being 3617 West Markham Street and
oontaining 9955 square feet, and heretofore classified and toned as "B"
' Residence District is hereby declared sufficient for two one - family

j residence structures, and that the provisions of Ordinance No. 5420 relitive
to yard space and lot requirements shall be inoperative upon the above-
+I described property in order that a building permit mgy be granted for the
I
construction thereon of a two -car garage with overhead residence apartment
fronting on and setback ten feet (10 ft.) from the property line on Maple
Street.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage.
