AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS ONE (1), TEN (10), ELEVEN (11)1, AU D
TWELVE (12); BLOCK EIGHT (8) MOUNTAIN PARK ADDITION TO THE CITY (F
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE N0, 5420; AiD FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots One (1), Ten (10)0 Eleven (11), and
Twelve (12), Block Eight (8) Mountain Park Addition to the City of Li
tle Rock, Arkansas, being located on the 6outh side of Kavanaugh
Boulevard between Hayes and Grant Streets heretofore classified and
zoned as "A" One Family District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 5420, are hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same are
hereby declared to be in "F" Commercial District under the terms of
the said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reclassification and rezoning of said Lots One (1), Ten (10), Eleven
(11), and Twelve (12); Block Eight (8), Mountain Park Addition to the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in Section 1 hereof, said
property to be hereafter known and classified as being in the "F"
Commercial District.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
