AN ORDINANCE RECLr�SSIFYING LOT 9 BLOCK 19. MARSEIALL AND ' IOLFE
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,PULASKI COUNTY,A�SAS
AIVl 'NDING ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS
Section 1. Lot 9 B1k.19 I:= arshall and Jolfe Addition to the
city of Little Rock,Arkansas;being 1116 and1118 Battery Street,
heretofore classified and zoned as "F" Commercial under the
terms of zoning ordinance No. 5420 is herebl) T rezoned and re-
classified, and the same is hereby declared to be in "F" Commer-
cial, and the yard space requirements are hereby waived under
the terms of the said zohing ordinance.
Section 2. That ordinance 5420 and tYp. zoning map t!Breto
attached and made apart thereof, are hereby ammended to emit
the reclassification and re- zoning of Lot 9 Block 19, 1,11arshall
and ":Iolfe Addition to the city of Little Rock, =xkaa sas-s, as
outlined in Section 1 hereof; said property to be hereafter known
and classified as being in "F" Commercial District with necessary
waiver of yard space requirements.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
