AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOT81 -2 -3, BLOCK 10, Marshall & Wolfels
ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: AMENDING ORDINANCE N0,
5420; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Lots 1 -2 -3, Block 10, Marshall & Wolfe's Addition
to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas, being southeast corner of Maryland
Avenue and Battery Street, heretofore classified and zoned as "C" two-
family District, under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No.5420, is
hereby rezoned and reclassified and the same is hereby declared to be
in "D" Apartment District, with waiver of yard space requirements
under the terms of the said Zoning Ordinance.
SECTION 2. That Ordinance No.5420 and the Zoning Map thereto
attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended to permit the
reoiassification and rezoning of said Lots 1 -2 -3 -, Block 10, Marshall &
Wolfe's Addition to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof, said property to be hereafter known and classified
as being in the "D" Apartment District with waiver of yard space re-
quirements.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
