SECTION 1. Lot One ( 1 ), 3lock Three ( 3 ), Mayis Addition to the city of
Little Rock Arkansas, is hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed in the
N C 0 Two- family District, under the terms of Ordinance 5420 as amended, of
the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2. Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made a part thereof, are
hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance;
said property being described as being in the M C N Two4amily District under the
said., rdiaaucs . D3o. 5" as amended,
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage.
