AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYIM A PARCEL OF LAND DESCRIBED AS LOT ONE (1)9

AM NSA3; A WDIPG ORDINANCE NO. 5420 AS AMUDED, AND FOR OTHER PUMSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. A parcel of land described as Lot One (1), Block
Seven (7), Capitol View Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
is hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed in "C"' Two- Family District
under the terms of Ordinance No. 5420, as amended, of=the Ordinances of
the City of Little Rock.
SECTION 2, Ordinance No. 5420 of the Ordinances of the City of
Little Book as amended, and the zoning map attached thereto and made a
part thereof, are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of
Section 1 of this ordinance; said property to be known, and hereafter
classified, in the 000 Two- Family District under said Ordinance No. 5420
as amended.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in fall force and effect from
and after its passage.
