Be it ordained by the City Council of Little Rook, Arkansas:
SECTION I., That Lot Six (6), Block Two (2), Cedar Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, is hereby re -zoned and reclassified
from the present NB" Residence District to that of or Cewafaal District,
so as to permit the removal of the present non- oonforming store building and
}} the construction on said property of a new store building, fully in conformity,

tote occupied in addition to its present use, by a barber shop and grocery
store.
SECTION II. Ordinance #20 of the Ordinances of the City of Little
Ro*c, Arkansas, as amended, and the Zoning Bap attached thereto and made a
paft theheef, are hereby amended in conformity with the provisions of Section
I of this Ordinance, to be hereafter known and classified as being in the or
0CNNWd#al District under said Ordinance #l6 Oq as amended,
SECTION III. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage. ,
