ANA FOR OTHER PURPOSEe
BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1! Lot 3, Folk's Sub - division of Block 40, Centennial Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas heretofore classified and zoned as "C"
Two - family District under the terms of the Zoning Ordinance No. 5420 as
amended is hereby rezoned and reclassified and placed in the "F" Camercial
District with full waiver of all yard space and ar4a requirements under the
terms of said zoning ordinance.
SECTION 2., Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, and the zoning map attached
thereto and made a partthereof are hereby amended in conformity with the pro -
_ visions of Section 1 of this ordinance; said property to be known and here-
after classified as tiding in the "F" Ca mereiel, District under aaiA
No. 5420 as amended.
SECTICN 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage.
