AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE- LITTLE ROCK r,1UNICIPAL 17ATER y'4CRKS TO
INSTALL ONE (1) FIRE HYDRA -IT ON A 10" 17ATER LIP]E NOW BEING
INSTALLED ALONG THE MISSOURI PACIFIC RAILROAD RIGHT -OF -WAY
SOUTH AM EAST OF 17TH AND BOND STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the Little Rock Municipal I -later 1',lorks
is hereby ordered and directed to instal]_ one (1) fire hydrant
connecting to a ten inch (10t') water line in the Iaissouri
Pacific Railroad track right -of -way at t1ie driveway entering
the yards of Bruce's Saw 1�lill .

SECTION 2. That these hydrants are ordered and rates

February 28, 1936, and as amended by City

September 10, 1945.
SECTION 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict
with this ordinance.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
