AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN EQUIPMENT FOR USE .
BY THE STREET DEPARTMENT AND BY THE REPAIR DEPARTMENT IN THE CITY
ENGINEER'S OFFICE; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to purchase in the manner provided by law, the follow-

the respective item, said items being as follows:
' For use b-f the Street Department
5 - 1 ton dump trucks $10,000.00
1 - 2 ton pick up truck 1,100-00
2 - 9 #ubic yard packer type trucks 8,000000
For use by the Repair Department
1 - 2 ton pick up truck 1,100.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
