AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING LOTS 70 8, 9, and 10,
BLOCK 9, C. E. GALLAGHER'S ADD IT ION TO THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO.
5420; kND FOR OTHER PURPOS11.1:s .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Lots 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 9,
C. E« Gallagher's Addition to the City of' Zttle Rock, Arkansas,

being 2902, 2910, and 2918 nest Roosevelt Road, heretofore
i
d g9sified and zoned as "B" Residence District.under the terms
of tA`- Zoning Qrdinance, No. 5420, are hereby reclassified and
the same are hereby declared to be in "C" Two - family District,
so as to permit the addition of a kitchen to 2910 West Roosevelt
Road and the occupancy of it and the other two houses by two
families living independently of each other.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 5420,and the zoning
map thereto attached and made a part thereof, are hereby amended
to permit the reclassification and rezoning of said Lots 7, 81
9, and 10 in Block 9, C. E. Gallagher's Addition to the City of
Little Rock, as outlined in Section l hereof, said property to
be hereafter known and classified as in the "C" Two - family
District.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
