SECTION 1. That Lot hrea and yard space requirements
under the terms of zoning Ordinance No. 5420 as amended, affecting
property described as Lot ten (10), Kock three (3), C. and P.
Johnson's addition to the City of Little Rock, Ar'17ansas, being
1500 Booker Street, classified and zoned as "B" Residence District
under said Ordinance Rio. 5420, are hereby %,aived.
,XTION 2. That Ordinance No. 8420 and the zoninc Eap

thereto attached and made a part thereof , are hereby a:�riended
to permit waiver of lot area and yard space requirements on
said Lot ten (10), Block three (3), C. and P. Johnson's
addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as outlined in
Section 1 hereof.
