AN ORDINANCE ATTENDING ARTICLE FOUR, SECTION THIRTY FIVE, PARA-
GRAPH FOUR, SUB- PARAGRAPH (J) OF ORDINANCE NO. 4866, AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK., ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Article Four, Section Thirty Five, Paragraph Four,
Sub paragraph (j), ordinance No. 4866 is hereby amended to read
as follows:
Drop awnings and removable all metal awnings
attached to building may extend beyond the
street line across sidewalk, but not nearer
than 18" to curb line, provided that drop
awnings when let down to full extent and
removable metal awnings in fixed position,
are not less than 72 feet above sidewalk at
any position.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
