ORDINANCE NO. 20,9 E $15.00
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE MASTER STREET PLAN (20,117);
TO MODIFY THE DESIGN STANDARDS FOR THE COLLECTOR
CONNECTION BETWEEN PATRICK COUNTRY AND EAST
PINNACLE ROADS; (MSP12 -05); AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission believes it appropriate to amend the plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. A special design standard is approved for the Collector connection between Patrick
Country and East Pinnacle Roads.
Section 2. The Master Street Plan map is hereby changed to reflect the Collector connection as a
special design from Patrick Country to East Pinnacle Roads.
Section 3. That the Master Street Plan text is amended in "Section 2: Road Classifications and
Design Standards" under the subsection "Collectors with Alternative Design Standards" to add the
following:
Right -of -Way sixty (60) feet, with thirty -one (31) -foot paving width, additional
requirements at major intersections.
