AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A T170 -WAY ROAD STEEPER
FOR USE IN THE STREET DEPARTMENT, DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized
and directed to purchase, for use in the Street Department, a
two -way road sweeper, at a price not to exceed Eight Hundred
