cally described, being a parcel abutting upon the West Seven Feet (?').
of Rector Avenue contiguous to Lot Six (6), Block Thirteen (13), Pope's
Addition to the City of Little Rock,Arkansas, should be abandoned as
' a portion of said Rector Avenue, was duly filed and presented to the
City Council of said city. At a meeting of the City Council *held on
said 15th day of April, 1946, said (buncil, upon consideration of said
petition, determined that a public hearing in respect of said petition
should be held, and , by resolution duly adopted, fixed 8:00 o'clock
P., on the, 29th day of ,April, 1946, and the City Council chamber 'in

by said resolution directed the City Clerk to give notice, by publica-
tioii for the times and in the manner required by law, of the time, p

said notice the City Council, in meeting assembled, has heard all per -

BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That the triangular parcel of land particularly described
as follows, to -wit:
Starting at a point in the east property line of Block Thirteen

north sixty -nine and 8/10 feet (69.81) to the point of beginning,
tieing a portion of Rector Avenue abutting upon the west seven feet (W.71)
of Rector Avenue contiguous to Lot Six (6), Block Thirteen (13)9 Pope's
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and containing approxi-
